Meet the Lavigne's
We are the Lavigne Family: John, Kelley, Marina, Cutter and Coral. We have been thankful for the opportunity to homeschool our children through their school years. They play an important part in each of our business endeavors. You may often see at least one of them helping their dad on a service call or perhaps all of us on the dive boat working together. (Well, most of us are working.) They all have a part in tapping trees for the Maple Season and of course taste testing, Coral is especially good at that. We each take a hand helping with the firewood as well. We started Lost Cabin Heating in 2005, after John had invested many years working for 2 other oil delivery and service companies. He has his Master License in oil burners. We have grown a wonderful customer base over the years and we are so thankful for each and every one of them. Many of them are now loyal Maple Syrup customers as well who find it convenient to purchase their syrup at the same time as their heating or dive service. About the year 2010, we took over a dive business that we enjoy spending many spring and summer days tending to. We particularly enjoy this season as we love spending time around water. We built our sugar house in 2013 and were ready for our first maple season in 2014. Each business has its busy season that compliment each other nicely. We truly enjoy catering to people in each of our businesses and love having visitors at the sugar house throughout the year.
